1 Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and vt99 ("vt99", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our") with respect to your access to and use of the website available at vt99.io and all associated services, products, and features offered thereon.

3 Eligibility

• You have not previously been excluded from the Platform or had an Account suspended or terminated for breach of these Terms.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of a third party.

vt99 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time, including but not limited to government-issued photo identification and proof of age. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe requested will result in Account suspension until verification is completed.

4 Account Registration

To access the full functionality of the vt99 Platform, you must register for an Account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and a valid mobile number registered in Bangladesh.

Each individual may hold only one Account on the vt99 Platform. The creation of duplicate or multiple Accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension or permanent closure of all associated Accounts and the forfeiture of any Balances therein.

You are responsible for ensuring that all information held on your Account remains accurate and up to date. Any change in your personal details must be reported to vt99 support promptly. vt99 will not be liable for any losses arising from inaccurate Account information provided by the Player.

vt99 reserves the right to refuse any registration application at its sole discretion and without obligation to provide a reason for such refusal.

5 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your Account login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-step verification codes. You must not disclose your credentials to any other person or allow any other person to access or use your Account.

If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify vt99 immediately by contacting our support team. vt99 will not be liable for any losses incurred prior to the receipt of such notification where the breach resulted from your failure to take reasonable steps to secure your credentials.

vt99 strongly recommends that all Players enable two-step verification on their Accounts. This feature is available at no charge from within your Account settings panel.

Any transaction or bet placed through your Account will be treated as having been placed by you unless you have previously notified vt99 of unauthorised access in accordance with this section.

6 Deposits & Withdrawals

vt99 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively through the payment methods listed in your Account dashboard at the time of the transaction. Supported methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer via Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. All transactions are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

Deposits: The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Deposits made via bKash or Nagad typically credit to your Account Balance within 60 seconds during normal operating hours (8:00 AM – 11:00 PM BST, UTC+6). Bank transfer deposits may take longer depending on the processing times of the issuing bank.

Withdrawals: Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method and account number used to make the most recent deposit of equivalent or greater value. This policy is in place to prevent money laundering and protect Player funds. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. vt99 targets processing of bKash and Nagad withdrawals within 15 minutes during standard operating hours, subject to verification checks. vt99 does not guarantee specific processing times and will not be liable for delays caused by third-party payment providers.

Verification: vt99 may request identity and payment verification documentation before processing any withdrawal. Players who have not completed verification may have their withdrawal requests held until satisfactory documentation is received. This process exists to protect the security of your funds and comply with applicable financial regulations.

vt99 does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals, however your payment provider may impose their own transaction charges. vt99 is not responsible for any third-party fees applied by payment service providers.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

From time to time, vt99 may offer bonuses, free bets, free spins, deposit match promotions, and other incentive offers to eligible Players. Each offer will be governed by its own specific terms, including applicable wagering requirements, minimum odds, eligible games, maximum bonus amounts, and expiry dates. These specific terms will be communicated at the point of offer.

General bonus conditions applicable to all vt99 promotions include:

• Bonus Funds must be wagered the specified number of times before any associated winnings may be withdrawn.
• Bonus Funds and winnings derived from Bonus Funds will be forfeited if the wagering requirement is not met within the stated validity period.
• Only one bonus may be active in a Player's Account at any given time unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific offer terms.
• Bonuses are personal and non-transferable. They may not be exchanged for cash except where explicitly stated.
• vt99 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus offer at any time and to reverse bonus credits from a Player's Account if it determines that the Player has manipulated or abused a promotion.
• Players who open multiple Accounts to claim the same promotion will have all associated Accounts suspended and all Balances forfeited.

Where a conflict exists between a specific offer's terms and these general Terms, the specific offer terms shall prevail.

8 Game Rules & Fair Play

Each game available on the vt99 Platform is governed by its own specific game rules, which are accessible from within the game interface. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the applicable rules before placing any bet or wager. vt99 will not reverse settled bets on the basis that a Player was unaware of the applicable game rules.

Games provided by third-party studios — including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, NetEnt, Microgaming, Play'n GO, and Spribe — are subject to the random number generation (RNG) certifications and return-to-player (RTP) parameters set by the respective providers. vt99 does not alter the RNG or RTP settings of any third-party game.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the vt99 Platform. Engagement in any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of Account Balance, and referral to law enforcement authorities where applicable:

• Opening more than one Account or opening an Account on behalf of another person.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification.
• Using automated bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other non-human means to interact with the Platform or place bets.
• Colluding with other Players to manipulate the outcome of any game or betting market.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or technical vulnerabilities in a manner that provides an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in, facilitating, or attempting to facilitate money laundering or any other financial crime through the Platform.
• Circumventing any responsible gaming restriction, self-exclusion, or cooling-off period imposed on your Account.
• Accessing the Platform using a VPN, proxy, or other tool designed to disguise your true geographic location.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing vt99 staff or other Players through any communication channel.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the vt99 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, game interfaces, audio clips, software, and the overall design and layout of the website — is the property of vt99 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming entertainment. You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, scrape, or exploit any portion of the Platform or its content for any commercial purpose without the express written permission of vt99.

11 Limitation of Liability

vt99 does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. vt99 will use commercially reasonable efforts to maintain Platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by vt99's negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

12 Privacy & Data

vt99 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at /privacy-policy on this website. By creating an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

vt99 uses SSL encryption across all pages of the Platform to protect data in transit. Player passwords are stored using industry-standard hashing and are never held in plain text. vt99 does not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

13 Responsible Gaming

Upon termination, any real-money Balance remaining in your Account (net of any Bonus Funds subject to uncompleted wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your nominated payment method, subject to verification requirements being satisfied. Bonus Funds and associated winnings will be forfeited upon Account closure for breach of these Terms.

You may also close your Account at any time by contacting vt99 support. Account closure does not affect any obligations or liabilities that arose prior to the date of closure.

15 Amendments

vt99 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, vt99 will use reasonable efforts to notify registered Players via the email address associated with their Account or via a notice displayed on the Platform. The date of the most recent update is indicated at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the Platform after any amendment takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 14.

16 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the operation of online gaming services in the relevant jurisdiction. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through the vt99 complaints procedure shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the applicable jurisdiction.
